Adaptive reuse projects
A "green" adaptive-reuse project in a 14,000sf, circa-1865 building just south of the Lycoming College campus, BRIX has been completely re-imagined as seven residential executive lofts – large, upscale residential units that cater to out-of-town professionals who require extended-stay furnished apartments – situated above similarly upscale commercial space. Fully leased in 2009, with "Brix2" at the adjacent 215 Building complete as of May 2011 and currently leasing.
A hip, alternative extended-stay apartment complex situated in a circa-1900 building, 135 Flats is designed for transient professionals in the Williamsport area. Located atop Barrel 135, the city's new wine bar and bistro, 135 Flats is in the central business district of Williamsport and within two blocks of both the county courthouse and U.S. District Court.
